| 摘 要： | 慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)是慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的急性发作阶段,具有反复发作、呈进行性加重的特点,是导致COPD患者健康状况降低乃至死亡的最主要原因。中医对本病的认识已经有了很大的进步。文章系统回顾了中医药在AECOPD的辨证论治、治疗方式、作用机理等方面的认识并加以总结,以期指导临床治疗。

| Abstract: | Acute exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(AECOPD)is the pressing stage of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD).Its features include recurrence and aggravating in progressive.In fact,it is the main reason which could lead the health state of COPD patients to lower level or destruction.TCM has made great progress in cognition with AECOPD.This article overviews and summaries the differential treatment,the methods of treatment and the mechanisms of AECOPD in order to serve clinical treatment. |
