| 摘 要： | 目的:建立双氯芬酸钾的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,Kromasil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相:(0.5g/LH3PO4:0.8g/LNaH2PO4)用磷酸调节pH为2.5]-甲醇(34:66),检测波长:257nm,流速:1.0mL/min。结果:双氯芬酸钾进样量在0.02~0.10μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999)。结论:本法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于该产品的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a method for determination the content of diclofenac potassium.Methods:Kromasil C18 column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)was used,mobile phase was(0.5g/L of phosphoricacid and 0.8g/L of sodium dihydrogen phosphate,adjusted to pH2.5 with phosphoric acid]-acetontrile(34:66),detection wavelength was 257nm.The flow rate was 1.0mL/min.Results:diclofenac potassium sample size located 0.02~0.10μg,and favourable linear correlation(r=0.9999)was showed.Conclusion:The method is convenient and accurate.Meanwhile,it also has good reproducibility,may be used to quality control of diclofenac potassium. |
