奥沙利铂联合CF和5-FU治疗晚期直肠癌疗效观察

目的:探讨奥沙利铂(L-OHP)联合亚叶酸钙(CF)、5-氟脲嘧啶(5-FU)对治疗晚期直肠癌的疗效。方法:对我院2010年4月至2011年4月期间收入的23例直肠癌患者采取奥沙利铂联合CF和5-FU进行治疗,及应用此种联合治疗方法对晚期直肠癌患者的近期疗效进行评价,并对23例患者进行12个月跟踪随访,观察其生存期。结果:根据WHO实体瘤疗效评定标准,13%的患者完全缓解(CR),43%的患者部分缓解(PR),39%的患者稳定(SD),4%的患者进展(PD),总有效率达56.5%。结论:奥沙利铂联合CF、5-FU治疗直肠癌方法,能减少毒副反应,提高生存质量,适宜推广。

Clinical Observation on Advanced Rectal Cancer Treated by L-OHP Combined With CF and 5-FU

Objective:To investigate the oxaliplatin(L-OHP)combined calcium folinate(CF),5-fluorouracil(5-FU)for effection of advanced colorectal cancer treatment.Methods:In April 2010 to April 2011 period,23 admission patients with rectal cancer in patients took oxaliplatin CF and 5-FU treatment,and the application of this combination therapy in advanced cancer patients recently evaluate the efficacy,then 23 patients were followed up for 12 months to observe their survival time.Results:According to the WHO solid tumor efficacy evaluation criteria,13% patients complete remission(CR),43% patients with partial response(PR),39% patients with stable(SD),4% patients progressed(PD),the total efficiency 56.5%.Conclusion:L-OHP in combination with CF,5-FU treatment of cancer approach to reduce toxicity,improve the quality of life and can promote appropriatly.
