| 摘 要： | 喘可治临床传统用于治疗哮喘,临床应用效果及后续研究结果显示喘可治具有复杂的免疫调节作用,且具有一定的双向调节功能,因此,我们创造性地将喘可治用于异基因移植模型,观察喘可治在移植免疫中的作用,旨在探讨喘可治在移植免疫中的效应来研究其作用机制,尤其着重在与调节性T细胞的相关性及深入细胞因子的探讨,为喘可治等中药在临床新领域的应用提供实验基础研究。

| Abstract: | Chuankezhi is traditionally used in clinical treatment of chronic bronchial asthma.It is revealed that Chuankezhi has function of complicated immune-modulating and bidirectional modulating.A allograft model in mice was established creatively to observe the function of Chuankezhi in transplantation immune in order to study the effect of Chuankezhi on mouse immune response,especially focus on regulatory T cells and secretion of cell factors,provide a experimental basis for new clinical application of Chuankezhi,etc. |
