高等中医药教育人才培养模式探析

在我国全面建设小康社会的伟大进程中,人民群众越来越关心民生问题,越来越关注医疗卫生服务。随着我国医疗体制改革和国际医学教育的发展变化,医学教育人才培养模式也面临着新形势、新问题。文章通过对我国高等中医药教育现状和国内外高等医学院校人才培养模式发展趋势的分析,综合我国国情研究中医药学人才培养的适宜模式,提出了改变以往以知识传授为主,忽视创新人才培养的状况,改革课程体系,采用讨论式及PBL教学法,加强通识课程、实践课程、方法学课程建设,帮助学生在校期间夯实理论基础,加强创新实践能力培养,建立终身学习的理念和习惯,加强高等中医药教育人才培养队伍建设,优化课程结构、革新教学内容和方法,建立毕业生信息反馈系统等建设性的意见,积极寻找一条符合我国国情的高等中医药教育人才培养模式的改革道路。

Analysis on Training Mode of TCM High Education

Livelihood issues have become focus concerns and the public pay increasing attentions to the health and medical service.With the medical system reform in our country and the medical education development,the training mode of medical education is facing new problems.By analyzing the current situation of TCM high education and the training mode development of high medical education at home and abroad,it is proposed the suitable training mode for TCM high education according to our country’s basic conditions.The curriculum system should be reformed by discussion and PBL teaching method so as to enhance the curriculum development.Thus students can enhance the basic knowledge as well as the abilities of breakthrough and practice in university and the idea of life-long education can be established.Enhanced personnel training of TCM high education,optimizing curriculum system,reformed teaching material and methods and the graduate information feedback system are needed in order to search for a reform for TCM high education which is suitable for our country’s basic conditions.
