桂枝解郁方的提取与精制工艺研究

摘    要:目的:确定桂枝解郁方的水提醇沉的最佳工艺条件。方法:以芍药苷含量、浸膏得率为指标,采用正交试验对水煎工艺条件进行优选;以芍药苷含量为指标,考察了醇沉的条件。结果:水煎最佳工艺为加10倍量的水,煎煮2次,每次1.5h;醇沉工艺为:将水煎液浓缩成1.10(26℃)的清膏,加乙醇使含醇量达60%,搅匀,静置24h,滤过。结论:确定的提取工艺活性成分转移率高,精制工艺能最大程度保留活性成分。

Abstract:Objective:To decide process conditions of Guizhi Jieyu Fang by water extract-alcohol precipitation.Methods:With paeoniflorin content and extracting rate as the index,the orthogonal experiment was used to select effects of the hydrothermal treatment;alcohol consistence was optimized by investigation with paeoniflorin content as the index.Results:The optimum water extraction process was as follows:adding water 10 times of quantity,boiling for 1.5 hour,and boiling again.The optimum alcohol precipitation process was as follows:the desity of concentrated decoction reaching 1.10(26℃)and then precipitated by alcohol at the concentration of 60%,blending,the alcohol deposited for 24 hours and filtered through.Conclusion:The optimized extraction technology can ensure high transfer efficiency of effective components,the effective components were saved to the maximum by the precipitation.
