| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸水平(HCY)与卒中后抑郁(PSD)的相关性。方法:对经头颅CT和(或)MRI确诊的172例缺血性卒中患者进行汉米尔顿抑郁量表评分,分为PSD组和对照组,同时所有患者检测HCY,并分析HCY与PSD的相关性。结果:PSD组患者平均血浆HCY水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。PSD组高同型半胱氨酸血症者显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:HCY与PSD具有密切的相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the correlation between levels of homocysteine(HCY)and post-stroke depression(PSD).Methods:172 patients who have been diagnosed by head CT or MRI were taken Hamilton depression scale scores,then divided into PSD group and comparison group.HCY of all patients were examined.Results:The level of HCY in PSD group was higher than that of the comparison group(P<0.05).Conclusion:HCY has close relation with PSD. |
