论督脉治疗抑郁症

抑郁症乃由情志失调致气机郁滞而发病,属中医郁证范畴,其与脑主人体精神意识密切相关,根据本病的临床特点,治疗可从疏通脑络、调理神志着手。而督脉上入属于脑,其经气旁通太阳之脉,可调节脑及五脏六腑之气机。若阳气不达,或经络阻滞,督脉经气运行不畅,不能上输精髓以养脑,则可出现抑郁等神志病,故治疗抑郁症时应重视调理督脉。

Discussion on Depression Treantment of Du Meridian

Depression disorders are caused by emotional dysfunction which results in stasis of qi,belonging to the concept of depression syndrome of Traditional Chinese Medicine.That disease is closely related to the brain and the spiritual mentality,which can be firstly cured by dredging collaterals from brain and recuperating the consciousness,according to the clinical characteristics.However,Du meridian enters into the brain,in which qi bypasses Meridians of Taiyang and adjusts qi of the brain as Zang-Fu organs.If yang-qi dose not reach to the destinations,or meridians are blocked,all that bring out the transportion retardance of channel qi and the lack of nourishment of the brain,meanwhile showing up depressions.Overall,we should pay more attention to regulate Du meridian.
