肺炎演变三步曲 治则遵循散清养

Principles of Dispelling and Clearing and Nourishing in Treating Children Pneumonia

This paper discussed the occurrence and development of the pneumonia in children,proposed the evolution of pathogenesis and syndromes in three steps:the primary period is wind-heat blocking lung;the medium stage is phlegm-heat blocking lung;and the latter is vital energy deficiency with evil-lingering.It is stressed that the treatment should follow the principles of dispelling,clearing and nourishing.Diffuse the lung Qi in the early stage;clear heat and resolve phlegm in medium stage;nourish lung and spleen in later period.Express personal opinions of the three methods in treating children pneumonia for clinical reference.
