摘    要:目的:总结周宝宽主任医师辨证论治多形日光疹经验。方法:以医案形式阐述多形日光疹的病因病机、证型、治法、方药。结果:多形日光疹的病因病机为禀赋不耐,外感风热及日晒,风热阻于肌肤;素体血热,外感风邪及日晒,毒入营血;禀赋不耐,湿热内蕴,复感日光热毒,蕴结肌肤;病程日久,肝气郁结,气机不畅,肝郁血瘀。自拟疏风消疹汤、凉血消疹汤、清热除湿消疹汤、疏肝活血消疹汤。结论:辨证论治多形日光疹疗效显著。

Abstract:Objective:To summarize syndrome differentiation and treatment experience of polymorphic light eruption in clinic.Methods:Discuss etiopathogenisis,pathogenesis,pattern of syndrome,method of treatment,formulas and medicinals based on medical records.Results:Etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis are natural endowment weakness,affection of exogenous wind-heat and solarization,wind-heat blocked in muscle and skin;peacetime blood hot,affection of exogenous wind-heat and solarization,toxin get into yingfen and xuefen;natural endowment weakness,endoretention of damp heat,disease secondly induced by sun fever evil,gathering on muscle and skin;macronosia result in depression of liver-QI,stagnation of liver-QI,functional activity of QI being not smooth,stagnation of liver-QI and blood stasis.Formulas for polymorphic light eruption are modified decoction of expelling wind and alleviating rashes,modified decoction of cooling blood and alleviating rashes,modified decoction of clearing heat dehumidify and alleviating rashes.Conclusions:Syndrome differentiation and treatment shows a better therapeutic effect for polymorphic light eruption.
