输卵管阻塞性不孕中医药治疗研究进展

输卵管阻塞是引起女性不孕的重要原因,且发病率呈上升趋势。随着腹腔镜手术、介入手术的应用,输卵管复通率提高,但仍因术后存在输卵管蠕动、捡卵、纤毛运动功能及短期内不受孕容易再次黏连、阻塞等问题,所以妊娠率并不高;临床实践与研究表明,中医药、中西医结合治疗该病具有提高妊娠率等较好的疗效,值得临床推广应用。现将近年来采用中医药治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的研究进展作一综述,以利于本病更好的治疗。

Study Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treating Infertility due to Fallopian Tube Obstruction

Tube obstruction is the importmant reason of infertility.The morbidity tends to be increasing year by year.With the use of laparoscope and intervention operation,the rate of performers is increasing,the pregnancy rate is low because of fallopian tube peristalsis,picking up ovum,the function of tube cilia and be not pregnant in short term,which lead to adhesion or occlusion of the fallopian tube again.The clinical practice and progress showed that TCM combined with western medicine can increase pregnancy rate by treating tubal infertility.The article summarized the recent progresses of traditional Chinese medicine in the therapy of tube obstruction,providing better treatment for this disease.
