中医药治疗支气管哮喘近况

支气管哮喘是一种常见的呼吸道过敏性疾病,其特征为可逆性气道阻塞和气道高反应性,是由多种细胞和细胞组分参与的气道慢性炎症性疾病,主要表现为发作性带有哮鸣音的呼吸性呼吸困难,胸闷或咳嗽等症状,是临床常见病、多发病,该病难以根治且易反复发作,本病长期反复发作常并发慢性支气管炎和慢性阻塞性肺气肿。本病属于中医哮证、喘证范畴,中医学认为,支气管哮喘的病因以痰为主。本病的发病与肺、脾、肾三脏有关,多因痰饮内伏、风寒袭肺、痰湿壅阻、肺失宣降所致。临床辨证分型为:痰热郁肺型、寒饮射肺型、肺脾肾气虚。临床多采用清热化痰宣肺平喘、温肺化饮止咳平喘、补肺健脾益肾纳气平喘之法治疗。本综述总结了近几年来具有一定代表意义的中医药治疗支气管哮喘的新方法,通过辨证论治确定不同的中医治法,特别提出针灸及穴位治法,其中代表方药针灸穴位贴敷共20组。在临床实践中取得较好的疗效。实验方面也进行了大量有益的探索,这对新药的研究和开发有重要的指导意义。

Current Situation of Chinese Medicine Treatment of Bronchial Asthma

Bronchial Asthma is a common respiratory allergic disease.It is characterized by reversible airway obstruction and airway hyperresponsiveness;a variety of cells and cellular components involved in chronic inflammatory airway is also its characteristic.Its mainly manifestations include onset of wheezing with respiratory dyspnea,chest tightness or cough and other symptoms.The disease is difficult to cure and easy to repeated attacks.The disease is often complicated by long-term recurrent chronic bronchitis and chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema.The disease is usually caused by phlegm-heat,cold attacking lungs,phlegm-dampness obstructing.Clinical syndrome type are as follows:syndrome of phlegm-heat stagnating in lung;syndrome of cold fluid retention attacking lung;syndrome of Qi deficiency of lung,spleen and kidney.Clinical treatments are as follows:clearing heat and resolving phlegm;dispersing lung to stop asthma;warming lung and resolving fluid retention to stop cough and asthma;Supplementing lung,spleen and kidney to receive Qi and stop asthma.This review summarizes represent significant Chinese medicine treatment of bronchial asthmathe in recent years.Different treatments were determined based on syndrome differentiation,especially acupuncture and acupuncture therapies were proposed,which represents a total of 20 sticking acupuncture groups.It has achieved better results in clinical practice and carried out experiments to explore the functions,which is important significant for new drug research and development.
