中药穴位贴敷治疗老年便秘临床观察

目的:探讨中药穴位贴敷治疗老年便秘的效果。方法:将42例患者随机分为观察组(22例)、对照组(20例)。观察组除给予饮食指导外,采用穴位贴敷,对照组给予饮食指导。结果:观察组总有效率81.8%,对照组总有效率50.0%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组首次排便时间(5.1±2.8)h,对照组为(10.1±7.3)h,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药穴位贴敷对老年便秘具有预防作用。

Observation of Curative Effect about Cure Presby-oppilation with Chinese Crude Drug Spreading on Points

Objective:To observe curative effect about cure presby-oppilation with Chinese crude drug spreading on points.Method:To divide the 42 examples into treat group(22 examples)and control group(20 examples)randomly,base on meal’s direction,To treat the examples in treat group with Chinese crude drug spreading on points.Result:The effective is 81.8% in treat group and The effective is 50.0%,the curative effect in treat group is better than it in control group,the first defecation’s time is(5.1±2.8)hours in treat group and(10.1±7.3)hours in treat group,compare the two groups,there is difference in statistics(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is curative effect about cure presby-oppilation with Chinese crude drug spreading on points.
