活血定痛合剂制备及质量控制

目的:建立活血定痛合剂的制备与质量标准。方法:确定活血定痛合剂的制备工艺,采用薄层色谱法对活血定痛合剂中的当归、川芎、红花、赤芍、丹参等进行定性鉴别,拟订其质量控制标准,通过在室温下留样试验考察其稳定性。结果:薄层色谱具有鉴别方法简单、专属性强、阴性对照无干扰。稳定性试验结果表明,该制剂在考察的时间内稳定。结论:该制剂制备工艺简单、合理,质量控制方法可行。

Preparation and Quality Control of Huoxue Dingtong Mixture

Objetive:To prepare Huoxue Dingtong Mixture and establish a method for its quality control.Methods:The preparation process was established.Radix Angelica sinensis,Rhizoma chuanxiong,Flos Carthami,Radix paeoniae rubra and Salvia miltiorrhiza in the mixture were identified qualitatively by TLC and to set up the standard of quality control for the preparation.The stability of the preparation was studied,and the results showed that the product was stable.Results:The studies on the quality control showed that characteristics for identification by TLC were distinct.The identification method by TLC was simply,specific reproducible,and the negative control was no interference.Stability test results show that the preparations in the investigation of time are stable.Conclusion:The preparation technology is reasonable and simple and the quality control is reliable.
