| 摘 要： | 甲状腺结节的发病率目前呈上升趋势,现代医学药物治疗本病效果不确定,且副作用较高,手术治疗并发症及复发率均不容忽视,中医治疗显示其独到之处,可以明显缩小结节,或者使小结节消失,中医多以理气化痰之法治疗,但高师宗《内经》"邪之所凑,其气必虚",遂从益气健脾之法治疗甲状腺结节,临床效果显著。

| Abstract: | The incidence of thyroid nodules at present is increasing.The effect of pharmacological treatment of this disease in modern medicine is uncertain,and side effect of the drug is also huge.The complications and recurrence rate of surgical treatment can both not be ignored.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)shows its unique effect.TCM treatment can significantly reduce the nodules,and make the small nodules disappear.The basic TCM theory for treating this disease is regulating qi and resolving phlegm.However,Prof.GAO conforms to viewpoint in Huangdi’s Canon of Medicine.Therefore,the clinical effect of treatment is remarkable. |
