| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合治疗寻常型痤疮疗效。方法:将80例寻常型痤疮患者随机分成治疗组(40例),对照组(40例)。治疗组(中西医结合治疗组)给予清热祛毒汤及米诺环素口服,对照1组(西药组)给予米诺环素口服。两组患者同时配合氯霉素酊(院内制剂)外用。以上患者均连续治疗4周后观察疗效。结果:治疗组与对照组面部皮损有效率经χ2检验,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗寻常型痤疮疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the combination therapy of acne vulgaris treatment.Methods:80 patients with acne vulgaris were randomly divided into treatment group(40 cases),the control group(40 cases).Treatment group(in the combination therapy group)to give heat Qudu soup and oral minocycline in the control group(western group)to give oral minocycline.Two groups of patients in conjunction with chloramphenicol tincture(hospital preparation)topical.These patients were continuously observed after 4 weeks of treatment efficacy.Results:The treatment group and control group facial lesions by the χ2 test efficiency,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination therapy of acne vulgaris a significant effect. |
