摘    要:目的:探讨对颅脑损伤术后偏瘫患者进行早期康复护理干预的临床效果。方法:35例颅脑损伤术后偏瘫患者在常规治疗和一般护理基础上,采用避免患侧输液、功能位摆放、按摩活动患肢、音乐疗法、心理疏导、指导日常生活能力训练等康复护理干预,并与35例常规护理组做对照。结果:4周后观察到干预组患者在日常生活能力、神经功能缺损程度等方面优于对照组。结论:对颅脑损伤术后偏瘫患者进行早期康复护理干预,可明显减少并发症和残疾程度,有利于患者早日恢复日常生活能力,回归家庭和社会。

Abstract:Objective:Discuss the clinical effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on hemiplegia patients after the operation for craniocerebral injury.Methods:A group of 35 patients after the operation were treated with following rehabilitation nursing measures on the basis of the routine therapy and general nursing:avoiding infusing the diseased side,making them with a functional position,massaging the diseased limbs,music therapy,psychological counseling,guiding daily living skills exercise and so on,and were compared to a group of 35 patients with the routine therapy and general nursing.Results:After four weeks,the intervened group was superior to the controled group in daily life activities,defecting degree of neural function,et al.Conclusion:Intervention on hemiplegia patients after the operation for craniocerebral injury with early rehabilitation nursing can obviously reduce the complications and disability degree,and are helpful for patients to restore to daily living skills and return to the family and society as soon as possible.
