| 摘 要： | 目的:观察以拖线疗法为主治疗糖尿病性足坏疽的临床疗效。方法:48例糖尿病性足坏疽局部疮面常规换药治疗外,加以拖线疗法,评价临床疗效。结果:本组临床治愈14例,好转23例,未愈3例。总有效率为93.75%。结论:拖线疗法用于糖尿病性足坏疽的治疗中,疗效显著,并且具有组织损伤小、痛苦小、愈合后外形改变少等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effects of thread-dragging treating diabetic patients with foot gangrene.Methods:Thread-dragging therapy was applied to local lesions in treating a series of 48 diabetic patients with gangrene,cooperatively with conventional dressing,to evaluate the effects of medicine treatment.Results:With the series of 14 cured cases,23 cases improved,and 3cases failed,the total obvious effect rate was 93.75%.Conclusion:Thread-dragging therapy led to a better results of treating diabetic patients with gangrene.And the curative effect is notable,for example,having advantages of less tissue injury,less pain,less shape change and so on. |
