针刺背俞穴对慢性疲劳大鼠免疫功能影响

目的:探讨慢性疲劳综合征的免疫功能损伤机制及针刺背俞穴的治疗作用及机制。方法:50只雌雄各半的SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、针刺组、药物组、艾灸组;运用束缚-游泳复合刺激造模,观察针刺背俞穴对慢性疲劳大鼠脾脏系数和血清CRP、IL-1β、TGF-β1及TNF-α含量的影响。结果:与空白组对比,模型组大鼠脾脏系数显著降低(P<0.01),治疗组脾脏系数明显高于模型组,针刺组升幅最大(P<0.01);与空白组比较,模型组CRP、IL-1β、TGF-β1、TNF-α水平显著升高(P<0.01),治疗组CRP、IL-1β、TGF-β1、TNF-α含量明显低于模型组(P<0.05),其中针刺组治疗效果显著。结论:针刺背俞穴通过抑制大鼠免疫细胞因子的释放,拮抗免疫功能的损伤,能有效治疗慢性疲劳综合征。

Effects of Acupuncturing Beishu on the Immune Function of Rats with Chronic Fatigue

Objective:To investigate the mechanism of immune dysfunction in chronic fatigue syndrome,as well as the effects and mechanisms of the acupuncture treatment in acupoints of Beishu.Methods:50 male and female SD rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,acupuncture group,drug group,moxibustion group.Use the method of chronic bondage and swimming in cold water alternately to get the rat model of chronic fatigue.The acupuncture group used the acupoints of Feishu,Xinshu,Ganshu,Pishu,Shenshu.Observe the effects of the acupuncture treatment on the changes of the spleen coefficient and CRP,IL-1β,TGF-β1,TNF-α levels in the blood of chronic fatigue rats.Results:Compared with the control group,the spleen coefficient of model group was significantly lower(P<0.01).The spleen coefficient of treatment group was significantly higher than that of model group,as acupuncture group showing the largest increase(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the CRP,IL-1β,TGF-β1,TNF-α levels in model group were significantly higher(P<0.01),as treatment group being significantly lower than model group(P<0.05),with the significant effect of acupuncture group.Conclusion:The acupuncture treatment in acupoints of Beishu is effective in treating chronic fatigue syndrome by inhibiting the release of immune cytokines and immune damage antagonist.
