针刀结合TDP照射治疗神经根型颈椎病临床观察

目的:观察针刀结合TDP(Teding Diancibo Pu,特定电磁波谱)照射治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照的研究方法,将100例神经型颈椎病患者分为两组:针刀结合TDP照射组(治疗组)、针刺结合TDP照射组(对照组),观察两组疼痛、功能活动、肌力等的变化,进行对照分析。结果:治疗组在症状体征积分下降率、有效率等与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:运用针刀结合TDP照射治疗神经根型颈椎病,可以提高临床疗效,其临床疗效优于针刺结合TDP照射组。

Clinic Observation of Treatment with Needle-knife Therapy Combined with TDP Irradiation on Nerve Boot Cervical Spondylosis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of needle knife combined with TDP of(Teding Diancibo of Pu,the particular electromagnetic spectrum)irradiation apply to the treatment of cervical radicular disease.Methods:A randomized control study,100 cases of neural-type cervical spondylosis is divided into two groups:the needle-knife combined with TDP radiation group(treatment group),acupuncture combined with TDP radiation group(control group),observed and compared pain,functional changes in the activity,muscle strength,etc.of both group subjects.Results:The rate of decline in symptoms and efficient in treatment group demonstrates a significant difference(P<0.05)compared with that in the control group.Conclusion:The application of needle knife combined with TDP radiation treatment of cervical radicular disease,can improve the clinical efficacy,and therapeutic effectiveness is better than acupuncture combined with TDP radiation group.
