养肾排毒方治疗慢性肾功能衰竭临床观察

目的:观察养肾排毒方治疗慢性肾脏病3~4期的临床疗效。方法:将60例慢性肾功能衰竭患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,两组均予相对统一的常规、肾内科饮食及西药治疗,观察组除基础治疗外加用养肾排毒方治疗,共3个月。观察两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率优于对照组,治疗组较对照组治疗前后BUN、Scr、中医症状比较差异有显著意义,P<0.05。结论:养肾排毒方能不同程度的延缓慢性肾功能衰竭患者的疾病进程,延缓进入透析时间。

Clinical Observation of Yangshen Paidu Fang for Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure

Objective:To abserve clinical curative effect of the Yangshen Paidu fang of chronic kidney disease of 3~4 issue.Methods:60 patients with chronic renal failure patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 30 cases,two groups are relative to the same therapy routine,diet and western medicine treatment.The observation group in addition to the basic treatment used Yangshen Paidu fang,a total of three months.Two groups were observed clinical curative effect.Results:The treatment group was superior to the control group,the treatment group compared with the control group before and after treatment BUN,Scr,TCM symptoms have significant differences,P<0.05.Conclusion:Keep Yangshen Paidu fang can different degrees of delay in patients with chronic renal failure disease process,and slow down into the dialysis time.
