金黄散外敷合中药内服治疗阑尾周围脓肿临床观察

摘    要:目的:观察金黄散外敷治疗阑尾周围脓肿的临床疗效。方法:80例患者随机分成治疗组40例,对照组40例,对照组给予大剂量的青霉素加甲硝唑静脉滴注治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上,加用金黄散外敷合中药内服治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.5%,腹痛缓解时间、肿块消失时间、血象恢复正常时间、住院时间较对照组明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:金黄散外敷合中药内服治疗阑尾周围脓肿疗效显著,值得临床推荐应用。

Abstract:Objective:To understand the effect of application of Jinhuang Powder and traditional Chinese medicine for Periappendicular abscess.Methods:80 patients suffered Periappendicular abscess in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM were divided into two groups randomly,each group has 40 patients.Each group was treated with intravenous dripping using a massive dose of penicillin and metronidazole as a primary treatment.Experiment group was treated on the basis of primary treatment,with application of Jinhuang Powder and traditional Chinese medicine.Results:The effective rate was 97.5% in the experiment group.The time of ameliorating abdominal pain,disappearance for abdominal mass and the result of ordinary blood test returned to be normal,the days of hospitalization were reduced,with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion:It is effective to treat Periappendicular abscess by application of Jinhuang Powder,and it is worth of recommending application.
