高效液相色谱法测定盐酸沙格雷酯缓释片中盐酸沙格雷酯的含量

目的：建立盐酸沙格雷酯缓释片中盐酸沙格雷酯的含量测定方法.方法：采用高效液相色谱法,Phenomenex C18柱,流动相：乙腈-水-三氟乙酸（48∶52∶0.1）,检测波长：272 nm.结果：盐酸沙格雷酯在20～300 μg/ml范围内,进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9996）,平均回收率为99.9%,RSD为0.27%（n=9）.结论：本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于盐酸沙格雷酯缓释片的质量控制.

Determination of sarpogrelate hydrochloride in sustained-release tablets by HPLC

Objective：To establish a method for the content determination of sarpogrelate hydrochloride in sustained -release tab- lets. Methods ： HPLC analysis was carried out with a C18 column and acetonitrile - water - TFA （ 48 ： 52 ： 0. 1 ） as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 272 nm. Results ： There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of sarpogrelate hydrochloride and the areas in the range of 20 -300μg/ml（ r = 0. 9996）. The average recovery was 99.9% with RSD of 0.27% （ n = 9 ）. Conclusion ： This method was simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used as the quality control for sarpog- relate hydrochloride, sustained - release tablets.
