医学院校大学生考试焦虑与学习类型的相关研究

摘    要:目的:为了解医学生考试焦虑的现状、学习类型及学习类型与考试焦虑的关系。方法本研究采用Sarason考试焦虑量表( TAS)和所罗门学习风格量表对医学院429名在校生进行问卷调查。结果不同年级之间考试焦虑水平有统计学意义,且2010级与2011级焦虑水平较高,2012级焦虑水平最低,2009级居中;不同性别、是否独生子女、是否城市户口对学生考试焦虑水平无统计学意义。各学习类型中序列型与综合型考试焦虑程度具有统计学意义,序列型学生考试焦虑程度高于综合型。结论医学生考试焦虑已成为影响大学生生活学习的重要不利因素,需要学校、社会、家庭及个人采取有效的方法来缓解并消除这种焦虑情绪。

Abstract:Objective To study the status of medical students'test anxiety ,learning style and the relationship between test anxiety and learning style .Methods Sarason Test Anxiety Scale ( TAS) and Solomon Learning Style Scale were used in this study .Four hun-dred and twenty nine medicine students were surveyed by cluster random sampling from different medical specialties .Results The scores of test anxiety among different grades had statistical significance (P0.05).Sequence learning style and integrated learning style had statistical significance .The test anxiety level of students with sequence learning style was higher than those with integrated learning style .Conclusion Test anxiety had an adverse effect on medicine students .Effective measures should be taken to reduce and eliminate the test anxiety by the school , society, family and students themselves .
