宫颈粒细胞肉瘤临床病理研究

目的 探讨宫颈粒细胞肉瘤（GS）的临床病理特点、诊断及鉴别诊断.方法报道我院近期诊断的1例宫颈孤立性GS,并复习相关文献.结果 本例GS以阴道流血为首发症状,镜下由弥漫分布淋巴样细胞构成,免疫组化显示MPO、CD43均阳性.结论 宫颈GS是一种罕见肿瘤,初诊时易误诊为炎症或恶性淋巴瘤,免疫组化对诊断很有意义;早期确诊有助于早期治疗和延长患者生存期.

Clinical Pathology Research of Granulocytic Sarcoma of Uterine Cervix

Objective To study the clinical and pathologic features,diagnosis and differential diagnosis of granulocytic sarcoma （GS） of the uterine cervix. Methods A case of GS of the uterine cervix was reported from the People＇ s Hospital of Henan Province, with review of the literature. Results This case of GS presented bleeding of vagina as a primary manifestation. Microscopically, the malignant tissue was composed of diffuse lymphocytes. The im- munohistochemistry revealed the positive stain of MPO and CD43. Conclusion GS of the uterine cervix is rare and usually misdiagnosed as lymphoma. Its diagnosis should be mainly relied on the immunohistochemistry. To get prompt therapy and farther prolong the survival time, an accurate histologic diagnosis is important as soon as possible.
