过渡期干预对癫痫患者疗效及生活质量的影响

目的：探讨过渡期干预对癫痫患者疗效及生活质量的影响。方法将60例出院癫痫患者随机分为研究组和对照组（n＝30），两组患者出院后均要求按医嘱常规服用抗癫痫药物维持治疗，对照组返院随访或复查时由门诊护士给予一般的心理护理。研究组在上述基础上，实施过渡期干预。出院6个月后对两组患者采用生活质量量表（QOLIE-31）及疗效评价标准进行评价。结果干预前两组患者的生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），而干预后研究组患者的生活质量总分及各因子分值均高于对照组（P＜0.01）；干预后研究组患者疗效明显优于对照组（P＜0.01）。结论过渡期干预能显著提高癫痫患者的治疗效果，并且能改善其生活质量。

Effect of transitional period intervention on epileptics and their life qualities

Objective To explore the effect of transitional period intervention on epileptics and their life qualities .Methods Sixty discharged epileptics were randomly divided into research group and control group （n=30）.Patients in both groups were requested by doctor to take conventional anti-epileptic drug to maintain therapy after discharging .Patients in control group were provided with general psychological care by the clinic nurses when went back to hospital for follow -up or review, while those of research group were allowed transitional period intervention apart from the above treatment .Patients in the two groups were evaluated by Quality of Life Scale （ QO-LIE-31） and curative effect evaluation standard 6 months after discharging .Results Before the intervention , the scores of Quality of Life Scale （QOLIE-31） were not significantly different within both groups （P〉0.05）.Whereas after the intervention,the total scores and scores of each factor of Quality of Life Scale （QOLIE-31） of the research group were higher than those in the control group （P〈0.01）.Additionally,the research group was superior to the control group in terms of curative effect （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Transi-tional period intervention can greatly improve the curative effects and life quality of epileptics .
