针对性康复护理对精神分裂症病人认知功能的影响

目的　探索针对性康复护理对慢性精神分裂症病人认知功能的影响。方法　用NOSIE(住院病人护士观察量表 )对 141例住院精神分裂症病人 ,采用随机对照设计 ,将入组病人分为实验组和对照组。在康复护理开展前和 1a后用NOSIE进行评定分析。结果　实验组总积极因素增分率为 46 94% ,总消极因素减分率为 2 6 84%。对照组积极因素增分率为 4 15 % ,总消极因素减分率为 4 91% ,实验组明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　针对性康复护理能改善精神分裂症病人的认知功能障碍。

Influence of Specific Rehabilition Nursing on Cognition of Schizophrenia Patients

Objective research the influence of knowing and sense function of pertinence rehabilitation nursing to chronic schizophrenia.Method This article were divided randomly the 141 patients suffering from schizophrenia into test group and contrast group by NOSIE.Before the pertinence rehabilitation nursing and one year later.We used the NOSIE for comment analysis.Results The total active factor of the test group increase 46.94 percent.The total passive factor decrease of the test group is 26.84 percent.The total active factor of the contrast group increased 4.15 percent total passive factor.The test group is decrease 4.91 percent better than the contrast group.Conclusion The pertinence rehabilitation nursing can improve the damage of knowing and sense to chronic schizophrenia patients.
