依赖利福平分枝杆菌肺结核的临床特点分析

目的 探讨依赖利福平分枝杆菌肺结核的临床特点。方法对门诊及住院患者痰培养及药敏筛选出一组依赖利福平分枝杆菌肺结核病26例，结合临床加以分析。结果26例患者多为青壮年，均发生于继发型肺结核，兼症多，合并糖尿病、慢性乙肝、慢性肺心病、银屑病、尘肺等．影像学表现为病灶范围较广．多为双肺．常伴有空洞和支气管狭窄；症状较重，体征明显，病程时间长：在药敏结果出来之前，含利福平的化疗过程中效果不佳，甚至于恶化。结论早期、规律、全程、联合、适量，再加合理的化疗方案，才能有效地预防、控制和治疗依赖利福平分枝杆菌的肺结核。

Clinical analysis of rifampin dependent mycobacterium tuberculosis

Objective To discuss the clinical feature of Rifampin Dependem Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Methods Binding with Clinical data, 26 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis by rifampin-depending strains classified by Sputum Culture and Drug Sensitivity of outpatients and inpatients from Oct 2003 to Feb 2005 were analyzed. Results Most of 26 patients are young adults and from secondary pulmonary tuberculosis, combined with vast symptoms, like diabetes, chronic hepatitis B, chrorfic cor pulmonale patients, psoriasis, pneumoconiosis etc. Imaging manifests extensive focus on both lungs, often go with cavum and bronchostenosis. Patients suffer grievous symptom,show obvious physical signs and with long cottrses. Before drug sensitivity test, chemotherapy with rifampin has no effective result, or aggravates state of the illness. Conclusion Only earlier regular united corgruent feasible chemotherapy schenae from end to end could prevent and cure rifampin-depending pulmonary tuberculosis.
