矽肺患者脂质过氧化和抗氧化能力的调查分析

目的 探讨矽肺患者脂质过氧化水平和抗氧化能力的变化,以期了解矽肺患者体内的抗氧化防御系统的状况,为防治矽肺的职业危害及进行健康监护提供手段和依据,为临床使用抗氧化剂治疗矽肺提供佐证.方法 清晨空腹采血,经4 000 r/min离心,取血清待测.血清标本要求无溶血、脂血和黄疸等.总抗氧化能力（TAC）检测采用菲啉比色法,超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）检测采用黄嘌呤氧化酶法,丙二醛（MDA）检测采用硫代巴比妥比色法,TAC及SOD、MDA检测试剂盒由南京建成生物工程研究所提供.结果 矽肺患者的脂质过氧化物（LPO）水平明显高于对照组,有统计学意义（P＜0.01）,并且随着矽肺病情的加重,MDA的含量增加;TAC和SOD水平也明显高于对照组,有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.在Ⅱ期矽肺时,血清TAC、SOD水平达到最高,与其他两组矽肺相比,差异有非常显著性（P＜0.01）.有并发症的患者血清TAC、SOD水平明显低于单纯矽肺组,有统计学意义（P＜0.05和0.01）,MDA含量与单纯矽肺组相比有不同程度增高,以矽肺合并结核和其他呼吸道病组增高最为明显.结论 在矽肺患者中,随着病程进展,血清中LPO水平递增,使得SOD和TAC活力也相应增加,所以LPO、SOD、TAC的增高不仅是矽肺的表现,也是矽肺的必然结果,此3个指标结合可以作为诊断矽肺的辅助指标,也可以作为病程进展的参考指标.

Investigation on the Lipid Peroxidation and Antioxidation Ability among Silicosis Patients

Objective] To investigate the changes in lipid peroxidation level and antioxidation ability among silicosis patients and provide basis for preventing and treating silicosis with antioxidant.Methods] The silicosis patients were divided into 3 groups according to the disease stages;TAC,SOD and MDA in the serum of silicosis patients were determined.Results] The LPO level among the silicosis patients was obviously higher than that of the control group,statistic difference was found(P<0.01);the MDA content increased with the aggravation of silicosis;TAC and SOD levels were also obviously higher than that of the control group,statistic significance was found(P<0.01).Conclusion] The LPO level increases with the development of silicosis,which leads to the increase of SOD and TAC activity.Therefore the increase of LPO,SOD and TAC is not only the manifestation of silicosis,but also the inevitable result of it.The combination of the 3 indexes can be used as auxiliary reference for the diagnosis of silicosis
