| 摘 要： | 目的研究2型糖尿病血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平及小剂量肠溶阿司匹林对2型糖尿病患者C反应蛋白的影响。方法以32例正常体检者为对照对60例2型糖尿病患者(分为肠溶阿司匹林治疗组及安慰剂组),进行16周随机、双盲、安慰剂对照的小剂量肠溶阿司匹林干预试验,免疫散射比浊法测定血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平。结果2型糖尿病组与正常对照组相比,血清hs-CRP水平升高显著(P<0.05);小剂量肠溶阿司匹林治疗组治疗前后hs-CRP水平降低显著(P<0.05),安慰剂组治疗前后hs-CRP改变无统计学意义。结论2型糖尿病患者血清hs-CRP水平显著高于正常人,长期应用小剂量的肠溶阿司匹林可降低2型糖尿病患者的hs-CRP水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To study serum C-reactive protein levels in type 2 diabetes(T2DM) patients and effects of aspirin on C-reactive protein in type 2 diabetes patients.Methods hs-CRP concentrations were examined in 60 patients with T2DM,and another 32 normal subjects as controls.After 16-week use of aspirin of 100 mg,hs-CRP concentrations were examined again.hs-CRP was detected by immunoscattering assay. Results hs-CRP concentrations in patients with T2DM were significantly higher than those in normal subjects(P<0.05).hs-CRP in patients with T2DM could be reduced with aspirin 100 mg/d for 16 weeks(P<0.05). Conclusion This study suggests that the CRP concentration in patients with T2DM is higher than that in normal subjects,and the hs-CRP concentration could be reduced with small dosage of aspirin. |
