| 摘 要： | 多聚酶链反应（ｐｏｌｙｍｅｒａｓｅｃｈａｉｎｒｅａｃｔｉｏｎ，ＰＣＲ）方法对一组头颈部肿瘤病人口咽部含氵敕液中Ｅｐｓｔｅｉｎ－Ｂａｒｒ病毒（ＥＢＶ）ＤＮＡ进行测定。结果表明：恶性肿瘤如鼻咽癌，恶性淋巴瘤，喉癌，鼻腔鼻窦癌，甲状腺癌等检出阳性率为７４．４７％；良性肿瘤如喉乳头状瘤，甲状腺瘤等检出阳性率为１３．５１％；对照组为鼻、咽、喉慢性炎症病人，仅１例结果阳性（７．１４％）。结果提示：ＥＢＶ可能参与了这些癌肿的发病。

| Abstract: | The Epstein Barr Virus(EBV)DNA in the gargle of the patients with tumors of head and neck was detected with PCR The results showed that the positive rate of the malignant tumors such as nasopharyngeal carcinoma, tonsillar neoplasm, malignant lymphoma,layrngocarcinoma, carcinomas of nasal cavity and nasal sinus and thyroid cancers was 74 47%,the positive rate of the benign tumors such as papilloma of larynx and thyroid neoplasm was 13 51%,and only one pasitive result in the control group with chronic inflammation in nose,pharynx and larynx These results suggest that EBV infection may play a role in the pathogenesis of these tumors |
