氧化电位水在消化内镜消毒中对普通细菌的消毒

摘    要:目的 检测氧化电位水 (EOW)在消化内镜消毒中对普通细菌的消毒效果并与 2 %戊二醛相比较。方法 按天顺次抽取检查病人后的消化内镜 ,于内镜检查后立即用 10ml生理盐水冲洗内镜活检孔道 ,同时 ,用无菌纱布擦拭内镜插入段 2 0cm ,一并留取标本并取 1ml做细菌培养。于内镜标准清洗后 ,用同样的方法收集标本 ,进行细菌培养。分别用氧化电位水、2 %戊二醛浸泡消毒内镜 ,留取标本同前。按消毒剂作用消毒时间分成 1、3、5min三个时间组 ,每个时间组 30例 (均为内镜检查后细菌培养阳性者 )。结果 氧化电位水作用 1、3min及 5min后 ,细菌培养均无阳性发现 (0 / 30 )。 2 %戊二醛作用 1、3、5min后 ,细菌培养阳性例数分别为 5例 (5 / 30 )、4例 (4/ 30 )、1例 (1/ 30 )。P1(0 .0 1) <0 .0 5、P3 (0 .0 4 3) <0 .0 5、P5(0 .4 77) >0 .0 5。结论 氧化电位水在消化内镜的消毒中 ,消毒效果确切 ,需时短 ,较 2 %戊二醛具有较大的优势。

Abstract:Objective: To detect the effect of electrolyzed oxidizing water (EOW) in disinfection of endoscopy and compared with 2% glutaraldehyde. Methods: Endoscopy was selected after being taken with patients in sequence according to the date. Specimens were obtained from endoscopic surface wiped with sterile gauze and biopsy channel rinsed with 10 ml of saline after being used immediately. One millilitre of the specimens was taken for bacterial culture. The same method was used to collect the specimens alter endoscopies were washed out and disinfected,respectively. Endoscope immersed in disinfectants,EOW and 2% glutaraldehyde,were 1,3 and 5 minutes,and divided into 3 groups ,respectively. Each group consisted of 30 cases.Results:After standard manual cleaning and disinfection for 1,3 and 5min in EOW, novegetative bacteria were found. In 2% glutaraldehyde processing group,5/30,4/30 and 1/30 specimens were bacteria positive after exposure for 1,3,5 minutes, respectively. P 1 (0.01) <0.05,P 3 (0.043) < 0.05,P 5 (0.477)>0.05.Conclusions: EOW shows more superiority in disinfection with high-speed and thoroughness than 2% glutaraldehyde.
