| 摘 要： | 目的探讨在ICU床旁开展介入性血管栓塞抢救骨盆骨折大出血的临床价值。方法收治52例骨盆骨折并低血容量休克病人，其中加例采用传统保守治疗，32例于ICU床旁加强监护治疗同时，行急诊介入性血管栓塞治疗，并将2组临床资料进行比较。结果介入性血管栓塞治疗组术后休克很快得到控制，伤后24小时补液、输血量、休克纠正时间少于传统保守治疗组，病死率明显低于传统保守治疗组。结论床旁介入性血管栓塞抢救骨盆骨折大出血，快速安全、简单有效，可明显提高抢救成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical significance of embolization treatment of heamorrhage caused by pelvic fracture in ICU.Methods Fifty-two patients with severe pelvic fracture were divided into 2 groups,20 cases in group A were treated with traditional treatment and 32 cases in group B with embolization treatment.The clinical date of 2 groups were analyzed.Results The volume of fluid infusion and blood transfusion in 24h after injury,the time for revival from shock and the mortality in group B were significantly decreased.Conclusion Embolization treatment of heamorrhage caused by pelvic fracture in ICU can obviously improve the survival rate. |
