| 摘 要： | 幽门螺杆菌(Hp)与胃肠道疾病密切相关,有学者提出口腔内亦存在Hp,且其与胃内Hp感染之间有一定的相关性,口腔Hp可能是胃内Hp感染的重要储存库,是胃内Hp根除治疗后复发或再感染的主要原因。

| Abstract: | Helicobacter pylori(Hp) is an important gastroenteric pathogen which has also been demonstrated to be present in the oral cavity,there is some certain relationship between the presence of Hp in the oral cavity and in the stomach,the oral cavity has been proposed as an important reservoir for gastric Hp,and it may be a potential source for recrudescence of gastric infection after successful therapy. |
