| 摘 要： | 目的探讨健康行为教育对精神分裂症患者康复的作用。方法 2009年1-6月,按随机数字表法将100例精神分裂症患者分为观察组和对照组各50例,在系统抗精神病药物治疗的基础上,对照组患者实施常规健康教育,观察组患者实施健康行为教育,并随访1年。采用简明精神病评定量表(brief psychiatric rating scale,BPRS)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(social disability screening schedule,SDSS)、自编服药依从性调查表及统计疾病复发率比较两组患者健康教育的效果差异。结果观察组患者1年后BPRS、SDSS评分明显降低,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组患者教育前后自身比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);服药依从性及疾病复发率两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论健康行为教育能明显缓解精神分裂症患者的精神症状,对改善社会功能、提高服药依从性、降低疾病复发率、维持身心健康水平有重要作用。
