会阴按摩及心理护理对初产妇正常分娩的影响

目的探讨会阴按摩及心理护理对初产妇正常分娩的影响。方法选择2011年9月²012年11月在我院分娩的60例初产妇患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组30人,对照组给予常规保护会阴的方法及护理,而实验组在常规助产的同时给予会阴部按摩及心理护理,分析两种方法的效果。结果两组初产妇焦虑评分及会阴撕裂程度比较,分别有χ2=72.52,χ2=60.12,所有初产妇中焦虑与会阴撕裂程度相关性比较,有χ2=16.26,列联系数R=0.46。两组初产妇发生产后出血及新生儿窒息情况比较,分别有χ2=4.81,χ2=2.31。结论会阴按摩及心理护理有助于降低初产妇的焦虑、会阴撕裂程度及产后出血;同时提示焦虑等级与会阴撕裂程度存在一定相关性。

DISCUSSION ON PERINEUM MASSAGE AND PSYCHOLOGICAL NURSING TO PRIMIPARA WITH NORMAL DELIVERY

Objective To study the influence of the perineum massage and psychological nursing to normal delivery editorial. Methods 60 primipara from September 2011 to November 2012 were randomly divided into experi- mental group and control group in our hospital, each group had 30 patients. Conventional perineal protection method and nursing was given in control group, and both conventional obstetrical and the perineum massage and psychological care was given in experimental group. Analysis the effect of the two methods. Results primipara anxiety score and the perineum tear degree of two groups were compared respectively, Z2 = 72： 52, Z2 = 60.12; the correlation degree on all the editorial anxiety and perineum tear were compared, X2 = 16.26, contingency coefficient R = 0.46. Primip- ara occurred postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal suffocation situation in two groups were compared, X2 = 4.81, %2 = 2.31. Conclusion The perineum massage and psychological nursing can help reducing the editorial anxiety, perine- um tear degree and postpartum hemorrhage. At the same time, prompt anxiety level and perineum tear has certain de- gree of correlation.
