六味地黄丸结合手术治疗前列腺增生伴慢性炎症的疗效观察

目的 探讨六味地黄丸结合手术治疗前列腺增生伴慢性炎症的疗效.方法 将74例前列腺增生伴慢性前列腺炎的患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,两组均采用经尿道前列腺电切术,治疗组加服六味地黄丸.比较两组国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）、手术时间、最大尿流率（Qmax）、膀胱残余尿量（BRU）、并发症及住院天数等变化.结果 治疗组与对照组比较可明显缩短手术时间、减轻症状、减少并发症的发生和缩短住院天数（p〈0.05）.结论 六味地黄丸结合手术治疗对前列腺增生伴慢性炎症的疗效明显优于单一手术治疗.

OBSERVATION ON THE CLINICAL EFFECTS OF LIUWEIDIHUANGWAN CONNECTED WITH OPERATION IN BENIGN PROSTATIC HYPERPLASIA WITH CHRONIC INFLAMMA

Objective To probe into the clinical effects of Liuweidihuangwan connected with operation in prostatic hyperplasia with chronic inflammation. Methods 74 patients of prostatic hyperplasia with chronic inflamma- tion were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and both groups were accepted transurethral pros- tatectomy and Liuweidihuangwan. Then comparison was provided by IPSS, operation time, Qmax, BRU, complica- tion and hospital days of both groups. Results The treatment group had remarkably reduced operation time, the pos- sibility of complication and hospital days, and obviously eased the symptoms. Conclusion Liuweidihuangwan con- nected with operation is a way with better clinical effects than only surgical treatment to treat prostatic hyperplasia with chronic inflammation.
