老年躯体疾病与抑郁症的调查分析

目的 调查基层社区老年人躯体疾病患病情况;探讨基层社区老年躯体疾病与抑郁症的关联性,为制订防治措施提供科学依据.方法 对某基层社区60岁以上老年人进行调查并将自评健康、躯体患病以及健康恶化情况分别进行单因素的患病率分析.结果 躯体疾病患病率最高的前4位依次是：①视觉障碍（62.2%）、听觉障碍（47.0%）、高血压（40.1%）、慢性支气管炎（6.7%）.②老年抑郁症的患病率情况.结论 ①基层社区老年人视觉障碍、听觉障碍、高血压、慢性支气管炎、糖尿病等躯体疾病患病率较高,要加强防治工作;②具有患抑郁症因素老年人,应及早预防抑郁症发生.

Conclusion the prevalence rate of 1 community elderly people with visual impairment, hearing impairment, hyper- tension, chronic bronchitis, diabetes, physical diseases, to strengthen prevention and control work; 2 factors of elder- ly people with depression, should as soon as possible to prevent depression.
