某三甲医院门诊引进义工导诊的具体做法与成效

当前我国医患关系面临着前所未有的严峻局面,各种因医患紧张导致的纠纷新闻屡屡见于媒体,呈现出有增无减的迹象.为此,医院和社会都需加强沟通了解,通过多种渠道、途径相互接触、沟通,减少误会误叛.其中,医院开展义工服务活动,也是一种有利于社会了解医院运作、了解医生日常工作,以及医患纠纷产生的原因等,并且对医院提高医疗服务,树立医院形象,构建和谐的医患关系有很好的促进作用.本文结合广州市某三甲医院门诊部引进社会义工的实践经验,浅析义工服务组织管理及落实的具体做法与成效.
