MRI和CT对原发直肠癌术前N分期的诊断分析

目的 探究分析MRI扫描和CT扫描对原发直肠癌术前N分期的诊断价值,以期为提高原发直肠癌术前N分期的诊断效率提供有效依据.方法 选取自2011年4月～2013年3月在我院接受临床治疗的原发直肠癌患者60例,采取随机数字表法将其分为MRI组和CT组,然后结合病理诊断分期结果评价两种检查方法的准确性,完善相关数据的记录与分析工作.结果 结合病理分期结果,分析两组诊断结果准确性发现,MRI组的特异性与准确性显著优于CT组,p＜0.05具有统计学意义.结论 采取MRI进行原发直肠癌术前N分期的临床诊断,其诊断结果准确率要显著优于CT扫描,值得临床推广应用.

DIAGNOSIS OF MRI AND CT FOR PRIMARY COLORECTAL CANCER PREOPERATIVE N STAGING

Objective To explore the analysis of MRI scans and CT scans of the primary preoperative N staging of colorectal cancer diagnosis in order to improve primary colorectal cancer preoperative diagnostic efficiency of N staging to provide an effective basis. Methods Since April 2011 to March 2013 in our hospital clinical treatment of 60 patients with primary colorectal cancer, take a random number table will be divided into groups and MRI CT group, and then combined with pathological stage at diagnosis results evaluate the accuracy of both methods, improve the relevant data recording and analysis. Results The combination of staging results, analyze the diagnostic accuracy of the results found in both groups, MRI group was significantly superior specificity and accuracy of the CT group, p 〈 0. 05 considered statistically significant. Conclusion MRI taken before surgery for primary colorectal cancer N stage clinical diagnosis, the diagnostic accuracy of the results to be significantly superior to CT scans, worthy of clini- cal application
