侧脑室内注射微量精氨酸加压素对大鼠胃运动的影响

摘    要:以定点记录大鼠胃运动的方法,观察侧脑室内注射(i.c.v.)微量精氨酸加压素(AVP)对胃运动的影响,发现AVP能显著增强胃运动。精氨酸加压素抗血清(i.c.v.)、阿托品(i.c.v.或i.H.)或切断隔下迷走神经,均可完全阻断这一增强效应,而该效应却不受酚妥拉明(i.c.v.或i.m.)、心得安(i.c.v.或i.m.)的影响,提示AVP在脑内可能激活中枢胆碱能系统,通过迷走神经而使胃运动增强。

Abstract:With the fix points method for recording gastric motility,the purpose of this study is to observe the effect of intracerebroventricular(i.c.v.) mic-roinjection of arginine vasopressin (AVP) on gastric motility in the rat.The results are as follows.(1) Injection of AVP (i.c.v.) significantly strengthened the gastric motility.These effects were abolished by injection of antivasopressin serum (i.c.v.) or atropine (i.H or i.c.v.) or by vagotomy.(2) No effects were found on the gastric motility after administration of regitine (i.m or i.c.v.) or propranolol (i.m or i.c.v.).These results indicate that intracerebroventricular administration of AVP acts initially on certain cholinergic system,the enhanced-activity of which is mediated by vagal nerve to cause some increase in gastric motility.
