| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨超声在甲状腺腺瘤与单发结节性甲状腺肿鉴别诊断中的价值。方法 对两种疾病的二维及彩色多普勒声像图进行分析、比较。结果 甲状腺腺瘤与单发结节性甲状腺肿 ,二者在甲状腺的大小、结节大小、结节内部回声及结节内血流信号方面均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;结节边缘低回声晕环和结节周边血流信号有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,腺瘤周边低回声晕多见 ,血流信号亦较结甲结节丰富。结论 单发结节性甲状腺肿易误诊为腺瘤 ,结节周边的低回声晕环及血流信号对鉴别诊断可提供帮助

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasonography in differentiation between thyroid adenoma and solitary nodular goiter.Method The two-dimensional ultrasonogram and color Dopplor flow image of the thyroid of this two diseases were analyzed and compared.Result There were no significant differences in the size of thyroid gland and nodule,nor were the intranodular echoe and blood flow between thyroid adenoma and solitary nodular goiter ( P> 0.05) There were significant differences in the halo sign and perinodula blood flow ( P< 0.05).Conclusion Solitary nodular goiter can be easily misdiagnosed as adenoma.The halo sign and perinodular blood flow may be auseful sign in differential diagnosing this two diseases. |
