| 摘 要： | 目的观察邓氏推拿手法治疗脑瘫的临床疗效。方法将54例脑瘫患儿随机分为两组,治疗组32例,对照组22例。治疗组在常规针刺治疗基础上配合推拿手法治疗,对照组用常规针刺治疗。2个月后,对两组的治疗效果进行比较。结果治疗组显效15例(46.88%),有效14例(43.75%),无效3例(9.37%),总有效率90.62%。对照组显效6例(27.27%),有效7例(31.82%),无效9例(40.91%),总有效率59.09%。两组疗效及总有效率比较差异均有统计学意义(uc=2.28,χ2=7.496,均P<0.05)。结论邓氏推拿手法治疗脑瘫患儿能较好地提高疗效。
