摘 要: | 目的通过了解常州地区电池生产企业铅作业工人职业健康状况,更好地指导企业职业卫生安全工作的开展。方法选择常州市5家蓄电池生产企业和1家太阳能电池生产企业1 170名铅作业人员进行职业健康检查,对不同人群中血铅超标和贫血发生情况进行统计分析。结果太阳能电池生产企业血铅超标和贫血的发生率(分别为0和6.0%)均低于蓄电池生产企业(分别为12.3%和14.2%),年龄偏大是血铅超标的危险因素;男性的心电图异常率(27.8%)高于女性(11.8%),女性的贫血发生率(11.5%)高于男性(2.8%)。结论电池生产企业应针对高危人群重点加强职业健康检查工作和职业卫生安全教育。

Abstract: | Objective] To understand the occupational health status of lead exposed workers in battery manufacturers of Changzhou City so as to better guide the implementation of occupational health and safety.Methods]Totally 1170 lead exposed workers from 5 storage battery manufacturers and 1 solar cells manufacturer were examined in Changzhou City,the detection records of excessive blood lead and the incidence of anemia in occupational physical examination were analyzed statistically.Results] The blood lead abnormity rate and incidence of anemia of workers in solar cells manufacturer(0,6.0%) were lower than those of workers in storage battery manufacturers(12.3% and 14.2%),the risk factors to excessive blood lead was growing age.The male ECG abnormal rate(27.8%)was higher than that of female(11.8%),and female incidence of anemia(11.5%) was higher than that of male(2.8%).Conclusion]Battery manufacturers should strengthen occupational health inspection and occupational health and safety education on high risk groups. |
