| Abstract: | Talented person is the first resource. The article expounded some thoughts and practices on em- ployed personnel management in military hospital, which included exploring constantly base itself, recruiting scien- tifically and effectively, training roundly and systematically, inspiring talents reasonably. All these measures were helpful to solve the problem of lacking personnel in military hospital, improve the management level of the hospital personnel, advance the hospital core competitiveness, promote the hospital＇s development much better and rapidly. |
