心脑肾康对脑缺血再灌注模型大鼠的保护作用研究

摘    要:目的:研究心脑肾康对脑缺血再灌注(MCAO)模型大鼠的保护作用。方法:以线栓法复制大鼠MCAO模型。实验分为6组,即假阻断(等容生理盐水)、模型(等容生理盐水)、杏灵(2g·kg^-1)与心脑肾康高、中、低剂量(32、16、8g·kg^-1)组。测定大鼠大脑皮层生化指标与血小板聚集阻率,TTC染色观察脑梗死病变范围。结果:与模型组比较,心脑肾康高、中、低剂量组大鼠脑梗死范围显著减小,一氧化氮合酶、活性氧、丙二醛、乳酸水平显著降低,超氧化物歧化酶、三磷酸腺苷水平显著升高,血小板聚集阻率显著升高(P〈0.01)。结论:心脑肾康对脑缺血再灌注模型大鼠有一定保护作用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the protective effect of Xinnao shenkang on cerebral ischemia model rats. METHODS: The cerebral ischemia-reperfusion (MCAO) model was induced by thread occlusion method. Those model rats were divided into 6 groups, i.e. sham operation group (constant volume of normal saline), model group (constant volume of normal saline), Xingling group (2 g·kg^-1) and Xinnao shenkang high-dose, medium-dose and low-dose groups (32,16,8 g·kg^-1). The brain tissue biochemical index and platelet aggregation risistance index were determined, and range of cerebral infarction was observed by TTC staining. RESULTS: Compared with model group, the range of cerebral infarction decreased significantly in Xinnao shenkang high-dose, medium-dose and low-dose groups, and the levels of NOS, ROS, MDA and LA also decreased significantly. SOD and ATP levels were increased significantly,and the platelet aggregation resistance index also increased significantly(P〈0.01). CONCLUSION: Xinnao shenkang on cerebral ischemia reperfusion model rats have a protective effect.
