摘    要:目的:在短期内为大专护生搭建理论联系实践的平台,将他们早日锻炼成为合格的护理人才。方法:将58名大专护生随机分为两组,在本科室4周实习期间,实验组(29人)采用案例教学法带教;对照组(29人)传统带教。比较两组护生综合素质(理论考核成绩占30%、技能考核成绩占30%、科室评价占20%、学生互评占20%)。结果:实验组综合素质评分显著优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:在临床护理实习带教中,采用以护生为主体的案例教学法进行实习带教不仅可以提高护理教学效果和质量,而且可以增强护生学习的主观能动性。

Abstract:Objective to build a platform for integrating theory with practice for college nursing students in the short term, and training them to become a qualified nursing personnel soon. Methods 58 case of junior college nursing students were randomly divided into two groups , during the four weeks practice in our department , the experimental group (29 people) use the ease teaching method; the control group (29 people) traditional teaching. Comparison of two groups of the comprehensive literacy (the theoretical score accounted for 30%, skills assess- ment score accounted for 30%, the evaluation of our department accounted for 20% ,students mutual evaluation accounted for 20%). Results the comprehensive literacy score of the experimental significantly better than the control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusion in the clinical nursing teaching, to take the case teaching method of focus on the Nursing Undergraduates can not only improve the effectiveness and quality of nursing teaching and can enhance their learning initiative.
