| 摘 要： | 目的：比较脂必妥与多烯康治疗高脂血症的疗效。方法：高脂血症１０８例分为２组。脂必妥组５４例（男性３７例，女性１７例；年龄４８±ｓ７ａ），给脂必妥片１．０５ｇ，ｐｏ，ｔｉｄ，共４ｗｋ。多烯康组（男性３６例，女性１８例；年龄４８±８ａ），给多烯康１．３５ｇ，ｐｏ，ｔｉｄ×４ｗｋ。结果：脂必妥组用药２ｗｋ开始ＴＣ，ＴＧ，ＬＤＬ－ｃｈ，均有显著下降（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＨＤＬ－ｃｈ显著升高（Ｐ＜０．０５）；用药４ｗｋ均进一步下降或升高。多烯康组用药２ｗｋ和４ｗｋ后ＴＣ，ＴＧ，ＬＤＬ－ｃｈ亦有显著下降（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＨＤＬ－ｃｈ无显著变化。结论：脂必妥调脂作用优于多烯康。

| Abstract: | AIM: To study the efficacy of Zhi-bi-tuo(ZBT) tablet and Duo-xi-kang (DXK)capsule in treating hyperlipidemia. METHODS: One hundred and eight hyperlipidemia patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. 54 patients (M 37, F 17; age 48±s 7 a) received ZBT 1.05 g, po, tid, for 4 wk. 54 patients in DXK group (M 36, F 18; age 48±8 a) received DXK 1.35 g, po, tid, for 4 wk. RESULTS: In ZBT group: TC, TG, and LDL-ch were decreased and HDL-ch was increased remarkably (P<0.01) after received ZBT 2 wk. TC, TG, LDL-ch and HDL-ch were decreased or increased further more after 4 wk. In DXK group: TC, TG, and LDL-ch were also decreased remarkably (P<0.01), but HDL-ch had no marked change after received DXK 2 wk or 4 wk. CONCLUSION: ZBT is better than DXK in the efficacy of lipid-adjusting. |
