| 摘 要： | 目的:研究中药外敷对原发性肝癌患者的止痛作用。方法:将87例病例随机分为对照组28例和治疗组30例,对照组给予奇曼丁(曲马多控释片),治疗组予以中药外敷。结果:治疗组中医疗效、心功能疗效以及降低BNP的水平均优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:中药外敷能迅速、有效地缓解癌性疼痛,且起效时间短、毒副作用小,具有一定的临床应用价值。

A clinical study on treating analgesic effect in the external application of TCM medicine for primary liver-cancer patients |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study analgesic effects in primary liver cancer patients.Methods:87 cases were randomly divided into control group,28 cases,and treated group of 30 patients;The control group was given Qi Manding(tramadol controlled release tablets),the treated group for external application in TCM.Results:The efficacy of TCM,cardiac function and reduced BNP levels were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM quickly and effectively relieve cancer pain. |
