| 摘 要： | 为了解我国电子病案有效使用现状,充分发掘电子病案的有效使用功能,在查阅的相关参考文献基础上,归纳了电子病案有效使用及发展过程中的问题,在总结分析的基础上提出了为电子病案有效使用发展提供可能的对策建议。发现与传统纸质病案相比我国电子病案有效使用有长足的进步,但有效使用的发展程度不论是在管理层面、技术层面还是立法层面均有不足,落后于我国电子病案评价最高级别标准。因此相关部门应该采取相应措施加强电子病案的有效使用,使电子病案的有效使用朝着标准化、智能化的方向发展。 |

| Abstract: | This paper aims at to know about current situation of effective application of EMR in domestic for fully digging effective application function of EMR. At the basis of looking up related relevance literature,it summarizes the problems during effective application and development process of EMR;at the basis of summary and analysis,it puts forward possible countermeasure suggestion for effective application development of EMR.Compared to traditional paper-made medical records,effective application of EMR has considerable process.While the development degree of effective application still has deficiency no matter in management level,technical level or legislation level legging behind the highest level standard of EMR in domestic.Therefore,related departments should adopt countermeasures to strengthen effective application of EMR making it develop towards the direction of standardization and intellectualization. |
